Can I go below 5V on VDD in Single supply mode of ADGS1414D

I need to switch 8 channels of analog signals with the VDD varying from 3.3V up to 15V.  Can the ADGS1414D or ADG5414 still be switched if I apply a single supply voltage of below 5V to VDD? I noticed in Figure 8 of the ADGS1414D datasheet, there is a switch-on resistance curve labeled VDD=5V, VSS=0V in which the switch on resistance is about double of that of VDD=8V.  If I don't care about switch-on resistance, can the chip still be switched with VDD<5V? Thank you!
