Hello,
SW06 is not recommended for new designs. Is there any alternative JFET Analog Switch?

Hello,
Do you have an application that required a JFET switch or would a cmos switch like the ADG1412 suit your application?

Hello David,
I have an application that required a JFET switch. I'm especially looking for JFET switch.
I actually found a product with code sw201s. But it is a CERDIP package.
If it is possibIe, I am looking for an industrial, automotive, EP or military grade, SMD package product. Also I need 15V single supply operation.

Eren
Hello David,
I am waiting your reply, I just want to remind you.

Hi Eren,
You could have a look at the ADG5412W. This is an automotive qualified quad SPST switch. The device is very robust having very good ESD ratings and its latchup proof. It is a CMOS switch though.
I understand you are saying you require a JFET Switch, if you can explain more about the need for it to be JFET construction and what advantages this gives you hopefully I could offer more alternatives.

David
Hi David,
We need to develop a commercial product that will work in radiation environment. JFET is more durable than MOSFET in radiation environment. That’s why I’m trying to find a automotive, industrial, military or EP JFET-based analog switch product.
If you can suggest a product in this regard, I would be very pleased.
Regards,
Eren
