What is the minimum operating frequency other than the datasheet?

Hi Baek,
At 20MHz, 47dBm or 50dBm is not possible. The part needs at least 15~20dB derating from its rated power and this requires a new characterization.
ADRF5160 could be operated below 0.7GHz, however compression and IP3 would degrade.
What is your power requirement? Is it pulsed or CW?
