ADG936 with 3.3v input signal

Question

Experts, 
 I am looking for mux to operate upto 160Mhz with 3v3 signal level. 
 can you please suggest a device which can support the 3v3 switching and minimum Ron <10omhs.

Hello Dkato, 
 ADG936 is only specified to handle DC signal of 0.5V DC only, so ADG936 will not serve the purpose here. I think ADG772 or ADG774 will be better fit for your application.
