ADG824 electrical model for HSPICE simulation

Hi,

Currently our design is considering ADG824 part no to use on QSPI bus.

So, I'm looking for the electrical model. I would like to perform platform timing analysis in Hspice simulation using the model.

Hi Natasya,

May I know how will the ADG824 be used un QSPI bus application?

The ADG824 is a parallel interface SPDT switch. Can you share how will this be used in the system?

Hi Natasya,

What do you mean by PCH and EC?

What are the parameters you're interested? Ron, leakage, digital input, timing, bandwidth, caps?
