Does anybody have any references to determine the shelf life of Analog Devices parts?
My company has procured a number of ADG3257BRQZ-REEL7 parts with date codes between 2013 and 2006.
The parts have never been used, they appear to have been stored properly, and they exhibit no visual signs of damage, but we are apprehensive about using parts that are already 10 to 15 years old.
Does Analog have any guidance on the shelf life of unused parts that have been stored in fair conditions?
