ADG3304 high current consumption if disabled.

Hello,

I made some current consumption measurements on ADG3304. If I disable the enable pin  and VCCA=1.8V and VCCY=3.0V in consumes over 10mA. Only setting VCCA to 0V is the only way to have an shutdown current with a few yA. I couldn't find any hint in the datasheet to that describes this behaviour. It even happens if VCCY is set high first(VCCY>VCAA). Is there any explenation for this behaviour?

    Hi,

    Setting the enable pin low should reduce the power consumption from both VCCA and VCCY supplies. The behaviour you are seeing does not seem correct unless VCCA is greater than VCCY, which does not seem to be your case. Could you share a picture of the schematic?

    Is the current consumption measurement from VCCA, VCCY or both? What voltage level is the EN pin tied to?
