Hello,
I am looking for a SPDT mux that can switch between 25V and 46V in less than 300ns.
Sincerely,
Giora

Hi,
Thanks for getting in touch.
The ADG5243F is an triple SPDT switch. however the maximum operating voltage is 44 V.
Can you share more details about your application and why you require up to 46 V?
Regards,
David

Hi David,
Thanks.
I saw this device, and I wonder if I can work with it with 46V - knowing that 48V is the absolute maximum.
The 46V is the bias for an Avalanche Photo diode to have X10 gain.
The 25V is to reduce the gain to avoid it to saturates from near back scattered light.
The switching time from 25V to 46V should be less than 300ns.
The APD capacitance is 1.5p.
Giora
Hi Giora,
The 48 V absolute maximum is a stress rating and the device can be damaged beyond that.
At 46 V supply we cannot guarantee any of the parameters or that the device will even function (switch on/off).
Thanks
David
David,
thanks.
