But why it's DNI in the EVB.

Evaluation board is designed to show the true RF performance of the device. For any measurements where ADGM1304 evaluation board is used if the RF ports has DC reference to ground then you don’t need the 10M ohm resistor to ground. For example if you are performing RF measurement using VNA then you don’t need 10M ohm resistor to GND as VNA has build in low impedance path to ground which will not let charge to build up on the RF nodes avoiding any floating node issue.
So that why we have left the 10M resistors as DNI on the board to make it optional for the user depending on the use case.
