I believe the ADG1636 simulation model is planned to be released by the end of Q1 2021.
mayp might have a better idea of a more specific date.

As mentioned by Kevin, the ADG1636 is in the pipeline for for LTspice library release. This should be available in the next few weeks. We'll get you updated once release.
