Can i give both negative dc signal at S1 and S2 of the switch and switch between them using control signal?

As long as your signals at S1 and S2 are within Vss to Vdd signal range, you should have no problem using the ADG419. Just bear in mind that you will need to power up the ADG419 with dual supplies…
