I would like to know what is the # between ADG704BRM and ADG704BRMZ? It is only peak temp is different?

Hi Vinh Le,

The ADG704BRMZ is a lead free device while the ADG704BRM isn't lead free.

The ADG704BRM is no longer available from ADI.

Hi Stephen,

Wanted to follow up on this to ask if you knew of a good replacement part for the ADG704BRMZ. Is there a good alternative within the same family of multiplexers?

The ADG804 and the ADG1604 are other low voltage, low on resistance 4:1 muxes available in the Analog Device portfolio.
