The ADG704BRMZ is a lead free device while the ADG704BRM isn't lead free.
The ADG704BRM is no longer available from ADI.

I assume you mean the AD5318ARU? The presence of a Z on an ADI part number means the part is RoHS compliant (lead free). We typically do not have non RoHS compliant parts available to order anymore.
