We wants to use ADGM1304 to replace the traditional EMR switch, however, seems the temperature impact the standing-wave performance very much during the test.
Do you have related infomation about the temperature test , or do you have any advice to improve MEMS switch performance under higher temp condition.
ADGM1304 is specified to operate from 0C to 85C. It can handle max RF power of 36dBm. Can you please tell me what is the power and temperature requirement for your application? We do have RF performance plot in the ADGM1304 data sheet
Thank you for your help. For my application, the Max RF power is under 10dbm and working temp range from 0-30℃.
ADGM1304 can work well, the only problem is the SWR be worse and not stable if the room temp range from low to high.
By the way,for 0-40G MEMS switch,do you know the release time....
