When I choose a proper Swith for 10MHz RF signal link swith ,is it right if i ues ADG719 in my application.

the info of ADG719 :

FEATURES
1.8 V to 5.5 V single supply
4 Ω (max) on resistance
0.75 Ω (typ) on resistance flatness
−3 dB bandwidth > 200 MHz
Rail-to-rail operation
6-lead SOT-23 package

Thanks for your answer!

  • Hi Guo,

My apologies we seemed to have missed your question.

The ADG719 is designed to pass high frequency signals of up to 200M Hz.

So in theory it should pass a 10 MHz RF signal.

Would you be able to give more detail in the type of RF 10 Mhz signal you plan to input into the ADG719 switch ?

    Other factors such as:

    • On Resistance.
    • Capacitance.
    • Propagation Delay.

Need to be taken into consideration before selecting the correct switch for your application.
