We have an ADV3229 eval board and the software is running on a computer with Win XP OS. It does not appear to be recognized by the computer. We get no errors when pressing the radial buttons. We get no errors even with the USB disconnected.

Have you tried downloading the software again? There's a possibility that the ones you have downloaded is corrupted. You can download the ADV3229 software here.

Hey Goz,

The board powers up and the USB LED it lit.  When I send the load script (all 8 outputs on), the D1 and D2 LEDs toggle back and forth.  There is no outputs on any parallel or serial breakout pins.  Can the LEDs toggle if the firmware is not loaded in the USB IC?  Is the firmware loaded at the factory or downloaded by the GUI?
