ADG1413 Automotive Qualified

Hello ,

You mentionned that the ADG1413 exists on AEC Q100 qualified version , but no MPN available to buy ithe W sufix .

Can you please support us to find the searched part ?

Hi,

The ADG1411W is the version of this device that is AECQ100 qualified.

There only difference between the ADG1413 and the ADG1411 is the digital logic is inverted for two of the switch channels.

Hello ,

I have a need for a Quad switch SPST, 2 NC, 2 NO. Bi-polar power supply (+/-8V). Low channel to channel dispersion. Max on resistance 30 Ohm , and AEC Q qualified , this is why I am asking for the ADG1413 .
