Following test application: GND connected to 0V, VDD connected to +3V, NIC not connected, IN1, IN2, IN3, IN4 conected to +3V --> all switches should be open (>>10E10 Ohm). However between D and S (of all switches) there is a resistance of about 6 kohm (testing voltage 2 Volt. In closed mode (IN at 0V) all is fine --> Ron=0,5 Ohm.
Do you have a scope shot of your test results? How did you measure Roff? What equipment did you use?

No, I didn't make a scope shot, but of course I testet Vss, VDD and Vin(switch control) for spikes, oscillation or something else that could make trouble; all signals were fine (they are all connected via 4,7µF to GND). At the 'opened' switches I could see a weak Signal (of about 200mVpp and 35khz). The Roff was measured first with a simple multimeter -->about 6kohm; then I measured the current through the switch at 3V(Independent battery) with 1kohm as protective resistor --> 0,5mA. Today I found out, that when I connect the switch-pin belonging to the battery's minus pole to GND (Vss) the Roff rises to >>10Mohm. But in this way I can't use the circuit as Iwant to !
May I know how would you plan to use the ADG811?
I want to switch several needles of a programmer-/testboard; while programming I try to get the best signal I can achieve at the target device (Input impedance 1nF//47kohm, 6 devices parallel on one(!) line at a programmingspeed as high as possible. Unfortunatelly the layout of this testboard isn't optimized according to line inductivity and resistance. So Iooked for switches of very lo on resistance. On the other hand I want to measure quite small currents (solution <0,1µA) at the same points (after programming). The programmer itself has got a tristate (Z) impedance of about 2 Mohms which is to low . Of course as an alternative I could try an ADG1612 or ADG 711 but I just would like to know, why the adg 811 doesn't work the way I want to.
Do you have a sample schematic so I can understand/visualize your application better? Is it correct that the signal going to the switch channel (Sx to Dx) would com from the programmer/testboard? And this signal is paralled to 6 devices? What will be the next chain after the switch?
