If I use the ADV 3200 with single supply at 5V, which is the logical level for digital I/O? In datasheet I see that is present the table with the value for 3V3 digital supply but I can't find the one for 5V.

moreover, is possible use 5V to supply analog power pins  (VPOS/VNEG) and keep at 3V3 the logical level (DVCC/DGND)?

The digital inputs and output are TTL logic so same values apply to DVCC = 5V

What do you mean by your second question? Are you saying +5V on the analog pins? if yes, that's not possible. Maximum voltage that the supply pin can handle is +3.3V(ADV3201).

I would like to be able to use 0-5V as level for analog signal (our video signal is all positive so we don't need negative voltage) but I would like to have TTL logic at 3V3 level. So my second question is:

but for my understanding, from first answer, the value of TTL is already 3V3 also with DVCC = 5V, right?

Yes, you can use 3V3 to your digital supply and 5V to your analog supply.

May I ask if you are using our evaluation board or did you develop your own?
