High and Medium Power RF Switches (70MHz-6GHz)

Respected All 
 I am working on ADI ADRV9361-z7035 SOM . The frequency range is from 70MHz to 6 GHz . My application involve high TX power ( TX--->Power Amplifier) .To protect Rx from such high power ( 50 Watt-70 Watt ) . I want to use high and medium power RF switches ( impedance 50 ohm , Switch Configuration: 1P2T ,Isolation 70 dB or 70 dB + , control logic TTL ) 
 
 Any suggestion would be highly appreciated .

Hi, 
 ADRF5130, ADRF5132, ADRF5160 are our high power (>20 W peak) SPDT switches in SOI process. Unfortunately none of them could handle the power level in wide frequency range of your application.
