About characteristic change by temperature change of ADG1434

Hello,

Could you let me know the following information about ADG1434?

1. Does the pin capacitance (CD,CS) change significantly with changes in temperature or input voltage?

2. Fig. 22 of the data sheet P12 is a figure at 25 ° C, does the characteristic change significantly under the conditions of 15 ° C and 35 ° C?

    Hi Tatsu,

    I do not have any data for this, but in my experience there should not be any significant change in Capacitance or bandwidth with temperature.

    The capacitance can however change slightly with input voltage but again I do not have any data for this.

    What is your application? if you are interested in capacitance and bandwidth you could have a look at the ADG1234. This device is the same configuration as the ADG1434. It has slightly higher Ron, but with this comes much lower capacitance and higher bandwidth. The ADG1234 also includes plots of capacitance vs input voltage in the datasheet.
