Dear,
I have a simple question:
What is the bandwidth of the single switch in the ON state with + +5 V power supply and a 390 ohm load?
Or does anyone know if the bandwidth is above 5 MHz, at least?
Thank you
Davide

Hi Davide,
The -3dB bandwidth for all our switches is given in the dynamic characteristics section of the data sheet.
For example the ADG701 is a single SPST switch that operates of a single 5 V supply, the bandwidth for this is given as 200MHz.

David
yes, I know this is tru in general.
But, in this specific data-sheet this information is missing!

HI Davide,
Apologies I didn't read the title of the original post so I missed the part name.
You are correct it is not given in the data sheet. the ADG608 is quite old and at the time the Bandwidth was not specified in the datasheet.
The ADG1608 is a newer similar device and is specified for bandwidth of 40MHz with a +/-5 V supply.
What bandwidth are you trying to achieve?
Regards,
David
