We're considering using the ADG701 in an application that requires a very low leakage current (switching a very small current source to ground).
The datasheet specifies 10pA typical at 25 degrees celsius, but no figure is quoted for the operational range (-40-85). We'd like to know the worst case leakage figure for this part -- is this available?
If there are any other functionally equivalent alternatives where this can be guaranteed to be low (< 100nA) over the operational range, then we would be open to consider.
