Replacement for ADG439FB

Hi,

Our latest overvoltage protection multiplexers are the ADG52XXF family. The ADG5209F or the ADG5249F are both differential 4:1 devices and are the highest density devices we currently have.

These devices are available in a 4 mm x 4 mm LFCSP package offering significant size advantages over the ADG439F.

The ADG5209F and ADG5249F are similar devices but the ADG5249F has some extra features such as

• Digital fault flags to alert the user to the source of the fault
• User selectable fault thresholds to set the fault level for the device.

Hi Kiran,

The 8:1 is the highest channel count mux at the moment. You could use two of these and combine the output (drain)nodes. Are you restricted on board space?
