ADG3123BRUZ level shifter

Does the ADG3123BRUZ have any pull down resistors on its inputs? I wish to use it with a microprocessor to shift the level of the 3.3 volt spi bus to 12 volt but the logic 0 state is floating not pulled down by the microprocessor.

What frequency can the part reliably operate on when shifting the logic level up.

  • Hi Stathej,

No, the ADG3123 does not have pull down/up resistors on its input and the maximum frequency is up to 100 kHz (for capacitive loads = 100pF).

Take note that in order to operate the device properly, digital input conditions must be met. For low logic, VIL should be less than or equal to 0.8V.

Please see datasheet Specifications Section for further details.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks,
