ADG1438 and ADG1439 switches input voltages in single-supply mode

Based on the information from the data sheet I assume these switches can be powered in single-supply mode with Vdd up to +25V max. (Vss and GND connected together) with safe input voltages within 0V to Vdd range with any internal switches configuration. At the same time VL (logic supply) can be anywhere in the range from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. 

Please confirm these assumptions are correct.

    The +25 V Max you are referring to comes from the Absolute max ratings table. This is a stress rating that indicates the device will not suffer damage below this voltage. However it does not indicate functionality.

    The device is guaranteed to be operational with in the range +/-4.5 V to +/-16.5 V for dual supply and +5 V to +16.5 V for single supply. These are outlined in the datasheet in table 2 for dual supply and table 3 for single supply.

    If you are looking for higher voltage supply our ADG5408 device may be of interest. This has a single supply range of 9 V to 44 V.

    ADG5408 has parallel interface and only one switch can be engaged at a time. I need to randomly access to 200+ channels with voltages up to +18V and as long as 18V is OK I'm fine. Potentially I can connect Vss to the GND and level shift SPI but better not to.
