I have an application where I have to switch a 200MHz 34dBm CW signal. Switching rates will be low, about 1KHz.
The HMC595A seemed like a fine option, however I don't see a 'hot switching' spec in the datasheet.
I would like to know if it can handle that 34dBm input power, when hotswitching.
