libadrv9002-iio a new build request

Reading the support info for libarv9002-iio, it appears this is is in the correct forum to request an additional build of the .so file.   I would like to request a build of libadvr9002-iio targeting the latest release of the Yocto Project, Scarthgap.  The release would target the ADI 6.1 main branch kernel or the Xilinx 6.1LTS branch, glibc 2.39, architecture aarch64. It would be nice for it to be linked against the main libiio development branch as I am trying to utilize the latest in the dmabuf development efforts.  I can provide a SDK for cross-compiling,  I am looking at what it would take to build a docker image with the image installed.  What is the next step in this process.
