IIO osc for windows

Question

Hi sir Am installed IIO oscilliscope in my PC 
 no-OS/ad9361/sw at 2019_R1 &middot; analogdevicesinc/no-OS &middot; GitHub am using these files build sdk files 
 IIO osc is not connecting with USB UART . 
 what is the issue am using windows not using linux
