Error in signal source block

This is a generic gnuradio block. Does this error come from running an ADI author flowgraph or a custom flowgraph?

The error appears in the block as I drag it into the design before I run it

The error seems to be coming from GNU Radio's signal source block and not from an ADI authored block. If so, please post this question on GNU Radio mailing list.
