Hello,
I have an Adalm Pluto and two installations of a set of MathWorks (Home, licensed) components including the "ADALM-PLUTO Radio Support from Communications Toolbox" - one on my Desktop another on my notebook.
I've updated my ADALM-PLUTO firmware, the other reqired Software on my PCs, as well as the Mathworks Installations on both computers. On the Desktop everything works fine, not so with the Notebook.
The MATLAB command findPlutoRadio is not known by matlab, The "ADALM-PLUTO Radio Support from Communications Toolbox" component does not work together with matlab. In SimuLink the "ADALM-PLUTO Radio Support from Communications Toolbox" library does not appear.
I've tried already to de- and reinstall the "ADALM-PLUTO Radio Support from Communications Toolbox" but that didn't help.
Do you have an idea what's wrong?
There might be something wrong with the MATLAB installer. I would suggest contacting MathWorks as they maintain that codebase.

From MATLAB on your notebook, what does "matlabshared.supportpkg.getInstalled" return?
Also, have you rebooted the notebook?
here the Response

Not for government, academic, research, commercial, or other organizational use.>> matlabshared.supportpkg.getInstalled Name Version Base Product--------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------- ------------Communications Toolbox Support Package for Analog Devices ADALM-Pluto Radio 19.2.1
Excuse me! Yes, mostly I rebooted after the reinstallation of MATLAB, but at the End of the Reinstallation the Box
'Test Adalm Pluto Connection' (with the tree Checkmarks) didn't appear.
Thanks for your Repy

Thank you Travis, I'll do so and if I get a solution I'll put it in here in this threat!
