This produce could use a simple, easy-to-follow user guide. It took me some time to discover I needed to install drivers for the ADALM2000 instrument. That information should have been available right at the start. The set-up and installation web pages are among the worst I have had to use in a long career. Please, do something to help people get a quick, successful start. Don't waste users' time.
Sorry - this has been on the list for a long time. We thought the doc was OK - most people don't have issues (but there is always room for improvement).
When you plug in the M2k into your PC, the first thing that happens - it should mount the drive - and the file on the mass storage device - the index.html file - the first thing is says to do is install the drivers, and library. Did you see that?
Thanks
Where are the drivers? I searched in the unzipped scopy directory but did not find any drivers.
Hi mark.allie
the quick start:
https://wiki.analog.com/university/tools/m2k/users/quick_start
has a link to the drivers and installation instructions (for Windows/Linux/Mac).
Yes thanks. I actually looked around again and found what I had previously found the first time I installed Scopy. Thanks for a quick reply.
