Why do I get a message that an LDO can be used for this design?

The Configurator is designed to suggest a switcher and then followed by LDO if you check the "low noise required" checkbox.
It will also notify you that you can use LDO only instead of having a switcher if the drawn power is less than or equal to 50mW.
