The simplified schematic in the REF43 datasheet shows a resistor divider between the VOUT pin and GROUND pin. There is also a resistance from the TRIM pin to the middle of the resistor divider.

I would like to know for the part REF43, pin 1 and pin 4 are they suppose to be shorted?
Found that pin1 and pin4 are shorted when tested using multi-meter.
