1) drop to GND directly soon
2) when over the some load for a while, and drop to GND

In general switchers can be noisy, so I'd say filter the output of the switcher to clean it up before bringing it into the REF02.
I'm going to move this into the Amplifier community in case there is more information from someone there…
AD7674芯片使用外部基准电压,在ADC工作的时候基准电压对地值会被拉低,ADC不工作的时候恢复正常。ADC摘掉基准电压也恢复正常。
