    We do not have any information on power up sequence, but it doesn’t hurt to
    practice bringing up the negative supply first.

      Some spice models do no model current draw correctly.  If this is not one of your critical parameters, I would ignore.

    Also, the OP400 is a very ooooooold part;  I would look at ADA4622-4.
