• OP177 SPICE model

    I have downloaded the SPICE model file for the OP177 but found that it actually contains the model for the OP1177.

    Where can I get the proper SPICE model file for the OP177 ?

    The OP177 is not RR output.

    You need a cap on the LM317 adj pin to ground.

    What is the diode doing on the output of the op amp??

    The OP07 was a first generation precision op amp.  I would not do a new design with it.

    We have done several generations since then:  OP07 -> OP77 - OP177 -> OP1177 -> AD8675/AD8677.

    Is this measured at the output of the AD620 or the second OP177??

    Is your "16bit A/D module" a monolithic IC or truly a module??

    what is Y1 in your schematic. I do not follow exactly what you are doing but you can look at figure 36 of OP77 datasheet hwich gives you detection and amplification. You may need to do adjustment for your needs.
