    最近在做电流调理电路的仿真,采用10mΩ的电阻将功率回路中的电流转化为电压给运放电路放大,我想提取的是该电压中的交流成分,暂不考虑直流成分。另外,我想一路提取该电压交流成分1k-100kHz,另一路提取该电压交流成分5M-80MHz,因而我考虑一个是用电压反馈型的低速运放OP113e,另一个采用电流反馈型的高速运放AD8009,。仿真电路图及仿真结果如附件所示。原先电路的电流正常情况下交流成分峰峰值为10mV,当电路故障时电流交流成分峰峰值会增加至100mV左右,由于采样电阻只有10mΩ,那么故障的时候交流成分也只有1mV…

  • 请教如何提供给AD623基准端(REF)一个稳定的电压

    我最近用到AD623,为了不至于是AD623输出进入地电平,需要给REF基准端提供一个电压,我使用了一个op113做的电路(见下图),如果不连接AD623的REF脚的时候,好像还是比较稳定的,但接上AD623的REF脚后波动比较大,请教各位是如何给AD623提供一个稳定的参考电平。
