• How to use LTM8045 for getting -2.2V Vout from +18V Vin

    Hello,

My customer is reviewing to use LTM8045 and want to get -2.2V Vout.

At this time, they will use a fixed power with DC 18V and 200mA at Vin of LTM8045.

But Vout range in datasheet is from -2.5V to -15V.

So  they need your help abput how to configure…

  • LTM8045 provide -2.5V and 7.5V at the same time

I'm looking for a way to generate -2.5 and 7.5 to provide excitation for a load cell. The datasheet says one of the output pins should be grounded, my question is what happens if i connect both outputs to ground via a simple voltage divider? Assuming…

  • RE: Can LTM8045 be connected in parallel to increase output power?

    1. Paralleled LTM8045's will not share current. For higher power, you can use LTM8049, and that can be setup to share.

    2. No.

  • How to use LTM8045 for getting +1.8V from -5V

    Hello,

We received a question about a way for geeting +1.8V 4A from -5V from our customer. Following is one of the idea.

Can we use LTM8045 like this circuit?

If no, are there any idea for getting +1.8V 4A from -5V?

    Best regards,

    Akira

  • RE: +-24V Regulator Requirement with 3A current output

    Hi Bivin,

I can't find one. The closest I can see is LTM8045. Your option may be to have separate regulators: sepic and inverter (or cuk).

  • RE: Isolated DC-DC converter for Lithium Ion battery operated application

    Hi there,

Hey Ron.p, Thanks for the suggestion but the IC LTM8067 cannot support required currents (500mA) at 3V input Voltage.

So I have searched and selected IC LTM8045. It can support the current, but Isolation is not available.

    I have designed a schematic…

Is the same also true for the LTM8045 boost/invert module ?  I did not see any mention of pulse dropping in the datasheet.

Do you mean a +/- power supply?  You can get ICs that will generate a +/- voltage output for you. An LTM8045 will make a bipolar output for you:  www.analog.com/.../8045fc.pdf
