    If Rconfig is different values in table 2, table 3 (datasheet), how it work? Example: with LTM4675, Vout1_cfg is 10k, Vtrim1_cfg is 1.02k.

  • LTM4675 外接电阻配置输出电压失败

    LTM4675 采用12V供电;通过VOUT0CFG引脚和VTRIM0CFG引脚外接配置电阻的方式控制上电初始输出电压失败,输出一直为0.1V; 两通道均一样的问题。芯片内部3.3输出正常,RUN引脚已经上来,频率可以通过外置电阻更改。

    问题现象描述:LTM4675芯片在12V上电后,PIN(J5) VDD33无3.3V电压输出。

    分析过程如下:

    1.首先测量VCC_12V电压输入,电压正常12V。但是没有VDD33 3.3V电压输出。

    2.因此我进行了芯片的更换,更换了两次都没有VDD3.3V电压的输出。

    3.我断开电阻R324,通过跳线强制将RUN0和RUN1通过10K电阻上拉到3.3V,这个时候也是没有电压FPGA_VCCINT_1V0输出的。

    请问,VDD33电压为什么没有输出呢?
