We would like to use LTC7860 as a surge stopper and it needs to pass MIL-STD-1275D standard.
Does ADI provide LTC7860 reference design which pass MIL-STD-1275D standard?

first of all. The LTC7860 is not intended for continous use as Buck regulator, its a switching surge stopper. Hence Buck operation is allowed for a time defined by the cap connect to the TMR pin.
Please consider a different part for your task.…
Please look at our MIL-STD-1275D reference design, DC2150A-C, but note that is for a 4A load. Paralleling switch FETs helps only to reduce/spread DC power dissipation but doesn’t help with SOA since one FET (with a lower threshold voltage)…

原本選用LTC7860, P-MOSFET 250V以上的RDSon都很大, 使用的話MOSFET功耗太大 後來改找LTC7862, 因為LTC7862是用 N-MOS但LTC7862的Datasheet裡面沒有提到關於Floating Ground的說明與如何設計 (LTC7860有)
