  • Need LTC6269-10 and LTC6754 SPICE /  IBIS Models

    We have LTC6269-10 IC as TIA in one of our electro optic circuits followed by a high speed LTC6754 comparator we want to do Signal integrity analysis on the design but unable to because of un availability of spice and ibis models of mentioned ICs

    It appears from the LTC6269 datasheet front page that two parallel 40k feedback resistors get you into the vicinity of the femto-Farad compensation capacitance you need:

    输入端的失调电压和噪声,都会随着增益倍数而放大,所以需要重点关注运放输入端的误差,同时降低比例电阻的阻值,在反馈电阻下面铺地,以降低寄生电容。

    另外就是你需要关注输入信号的源阻抗,源阻抗决定了你可以选择同相放大或者反相放大器,如果是反相放大器,可以通过在外部接入超低失调电压的运放做积分器来屏蔽掉LTC6269的失调电压。

    As checked, you have used +/-12V supply for the ADA4530.

    This exceeds the Abs Max supply for this part. Any result is not guaranteed and may permanently damaged your amplifier.

    I acquired a neat pulse now by adding matching Cf, but how can explore my LTC6269-10, because all my sensor boards are equipped with them i need to change all ICs on the board to LTC6269

    but if this kind of problems are there with these opamps in saturation…

    Photo diode > TIA(LTC6269)>OPA699(Inverter with G=10)>LTC6754(LVDS Out)

    I want the soution to be arround complete Analog/LT ICs,i am also finding heat problems with OPA699

    Hi,

    You would at least need an amplifier with a THD of -72 dBc at fin= 5 MHz,  a much faster op amp would do so. Here are the possible choices: LTC6268/LTC6269, and ADA4857. Take note that ADA4857 runs at 5V and LTC6268/9 can run at 3.3 V. Also, reconsider…
