You are right that it does not exist in LTSpice. You could consider working with LTC4009 which does have a model and is somewhat similar.
Alternatively, you can order a demo board for LTC4007 and just work with that.
I am asking because IC LT4006 in the datasheet at features says:
- Automatic conditioning of deeply discharged
- indicator output for charging, c/10 current detection and ac adapter present
