• LTC3810 Dead Time

    Referring Data sheet 3810fc for LTC3810 I can not find the specification of dead time between main output FET operations.  So how does one determine the largest gate charge that can be switched quickly enough?

          目前遇到的主要问题就是,在开环测试及轻负载测试时,输出电压能够稳定输出约为50V,在输出电流约大于0.5A时,开启电子负载之后,输出电压降低,然后保持稳定(典型测试结果为当输出电流为0.5A,输出电压降至47V;当输出电流为0.6A,输出电压降至45V)。设计的电路原理图如附件所示。

  • A Buck circuit using LTC3810 as conrtrol model, its output voltage decreases significantly as the output current increases, along with the decline of the system switch frequency.

    24Vout@10A的方案都得需要外置的MOSFET,所以可以参考LTC3895/LTC7801/LTC3810/LTC3703。如果输入电压有可能低于24V的话,可以看一下LTC3779,LT8705A。
