    I would recommend that you connect to a local ADI FAE or sales team who can provide more support. I'm not so sure if having a separate LTC3639 to power internally would be cost efficient.

    Hi Tom,

    I don't think it can do 100% duty because BST cap need to be refreshed to drive top FET. Please check this article that features LTC3639.  Also, I'm sure that ADI has several 100% duty capable buck converters.

    1. Is there any reason apply the LTC3639 to EXTVCC in the DC2641A (www.linear.com/.../DC2641A) that is a demo circuit of the LTC7801? 

It is used to supply the DRVCC Regulators instead of the  internal LDO to supply it.
