• LTC3605低温震荡

    我使用了一款LTC3605IUF,原理图按DC1215A进行设计,ITH补偿组件为(14kΩ+220pF//10pF),频率为1MHz,电感为0.9μH,输出电容为47μF陶瓷电容,输出电压为1.5V,发现低温-40℃工作的时候,输入电压在10V~14V时,负载电流大于3A后,会出现严重的震荡,4V~8V输入是正常的。而常温时是完全正常的,常温负载瞬态响应波形也很好。尝试增大ITH到地的电容至200pF,SVIN采用独立低噪声供电,FB到地增加22pF电容,均无改善。温度升高至5℃以上,震荡才能完全消除…

    This not how LTC3605  is designed to be used. 

    However you could try TRACK/SS to a smaller value cap also make sure that the FB pin does not go below 0.6V
