Hi

I have quetion for  LTspice simulation result. 

Condition is reference circuit.(open this macromodel's fixture in LTC2966)

VinA=VinB=GND

result:

OUTA=Low 

OUTB=Low

But  under VinA=VinB=0V ,this IC don't have supply and can't turn on OUTA,OUTB…
