     我用LTC1624设计了一个24V转5V的降压电路，功率大概5V@1A。

     偶尔会发生，在上电的一瞬间，电源芯片会发生异常，导致输出电压只有2点几V。且需要断电重启，才能恢复。

请问是什么原因导致该现象，该如何解决？

下面是原理图以及异常情况下各管脚波形。

现在测试发现 TG 以及 SW引脚的波形异常，黄色为TG、紫色为SW。但是输出5V是正常的。
