    This can be found in other datasheets and other technical papers too. Please check using LT3959 datasheet page 17.

    Fil, I looked  in depth for LT3959. It has a 6A switch and based on my calculations max output current will be around 1.5 A which seems ok for low-pow mode from USB +5V/3A. But if I want to go full power it has to be around 12V/3A on PSU output.
