• How to parallel three or more LT3015

    We have much high output current from negative LDO, input is around -5.5V, output is -5V, output current is 3A or more.

    I saw there's only two LT3015 parallel shown in datasheet. Is it possible to parallel more LT3015, like three pcs? And how to parallel…

    The datasheet for the LT3015 negative regulator calls for the EP underneath the part to be connected to Vin. What happens if it is connected to ground? It seems to work but not at high temperature.

  • RE: We are using AD5262 Digital Potentiometer to generate -1.5V using LT3015 LDO.  VDD=5V, VSS=-5V, VL=3.3V.  This Potentiometer is used in the place of top resistor in feedback resistor network. Output of LDO is connected to Wiper terminal in 2nd ch

    Do you need all three solutions or just the 12V input to -12V output 1.5A?

    I would suggest using a micromodule. LTM4651 is an option for this.

    Edit: For the (-12V) to ±5V (adjusted output). 0.1A max

    在项目中真实采用了ADP5071+LT1965+LT3015的3颗物料,组成如下所示的电路,
